These rights are collectively referred to as “ARCO Rights.” You may exercise any of these rights independently, meaning that exercising one does not require prior exercise of another.
To exercise your ARCO Rights, you or your legal representative must submit a request to the Privacy Officer for processing and follow-up. Your request must include the following information and documents:

• A copy of documents proving your identity (such as a voter ID, passport, or any other official identification) or, if applicable, legal representation documents
• A clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you wish to exercise any of the ARCO Rights
• Any documents or information that facilitate the location of your personal data
• If you request rectification, you must specify the changes to be made and provide supporting documentation
Our response will be sent to the email address provided in your request within 20 business days from the date your request is received. If your request is granted, the requested changes will be made within 15 business days. If you request access to your personal data, the Controller will inform you via email of its decision and the means by which access will be provided. The Controller may extend the above timeframes once, for an equal period, which will be communicated to you.
The Controller may deny your request to exercise ARCO Rights in cases permitted by the Data Protection Law. The reason for such a decision will be communicated to you. A partial denial may occur, in which case the Controller will grant access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition only to the extent applicable.
5. How Can You Revoke Your Consent for the Use of Your Personal Data?
To revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data, you must submit a request to the Privacy Officer. However, in some cases, we may not be able to immediately cease processing your personal data due to legal obligations requiring us to retain it. Additionally, revoking your consent may result in the inability to continue providing our services.
